Andy Newell is a 4x Olympian and 16 year member of the US Ski Team. His passion for ski training and racing has brought him to the start line of over 200 World Cup races and to several World Cup Podiums. Newell believes in being a student of the sport and continuing to learn the latest in training theory while keeping things simple, fun, and straight forward. Considered one of the best technical skiers in the World he enjoys teaching technique to skiers of all ages. Newell has an experienced background in ski training, race preparation, strength and conditioning for skiing, mental training, and team building.
Andrea Henkel Burke - 4x Olympian, 2x Olympic Champion, 8x World Champion and has won 22 individual World cup races as part of the German Biathlon Team. Now based in Lake Placid, NY her passion for exercising, moving, and health led her to a career in personal training. With certifications in fitness, nutrition, and rehabilitation she also believes in a more holistic approach with clients. Andrea offers in-person training and mini camps at her home gym in Lake Placid plus Aeroscan Testing (analysis of exactly how many calories of fat and carbohydrates the athlete is burning under exertion to not only determine a clients energy needs). With a Masters in Counseling Psychology (MSCP) from Alaska Pacific University and IOC certification in Sports Psychology Holly is an expert in balancing life with the mental demands of sport. Luke Brown - 2x All-American while at Dartmouth College, is currently a professional biathlete with US Biathlon’s X-team and the Crosscut Mountain Sports Center in Bozeman, MT. Luke, originally from Minnesota, has lived around the country working with numerous high level coaches and teammates. He strives for new physical and intellectual challenges, enjoys the intricacy of technique in both skiing and shooting, and believes that every athlete has something of value from which to learn.
Tom Cuddy - Exercise Physiologist at Lone Peak Performance in Bozeman, Montana. Tom's research focuses on high altitude physiology and it's implications on health, disease, and human performance. Tom is an expert on high altitude training and biomechanics efficiency in endurance sports. Dr. Stephanie Howe is a coach and sports nutritionist based out of Bend, Oregon with roots in Montana and Northern Michigan. Stephanie grew up cross-country ski racing and running before finding her true calling as a long distance runner, winning her freshman appearance at the Western States 100 mile ultramarathon. Stephanie is a North Face athlete and has a PhD in Nutrition and Exercise Science from Oregon State University and has a Sports Nutrition diploma from the IOC. Today, Stephanie is a coach and nutritionist and competes as an ultra marathon runner in races around the world. She has a passion for nourishing the body through physical movement and real food and her experience as an athlete and student of physiology and nutrition helps her bring a unique perspective to the world of endurance competition and sport.

John Wessling - Personal Trainer specializing in endurance sports, former xc ski racer and former trainer of the Geico Honda Motocross and Supercross team. John's passion for sport
has twisted him through many different avenues: Motocross, hockey, mountain biking, skateboarding, running, and nordic skiing. John raced competitively
at the College of St. Scholastica under Chad Salmela.
