This January medium week looks very similar across all NTS training plans. If you have not done any ski racing yet this year, that’s fine! This week will be great for you to work on some L4 intensity and bring your newly improved technique to the snow. Do you struggle to get up steep hills? This week we look to the World Cup for tips on steep V1 and herringbone. Make sure to keep your non-intensity days at a low intensity so you can make the most of the interval days.
