Week 47

Ski it if you got it! This week the masters plan focuses on bigger hours and making the most of what's left of winter. For most junior athletes we still want to continue to build top end fitness in March rather than revert back to base training too quickly. This generally translates into lower training volume, but frequent sessions and workouts designed to refine racing skills. Check out this week's speed endurance session that focuses on carrying speed through classic transitions. Even if you are done competition for the year find some motivation to do a high intensity L4 or time trial session on the weekend.
