Week 52

This is the final week in our recovery phase. Next week will be the first week of the training year! Use this week to continue to prepare your body for a new training year. If you feel tired take an extra off day or two. Spend some time working on body care and strengthening. Check out our entry on preparing your legs for downhill running. It's also a perfect time to review your training log numbers from this year and think about what you need to work on next year. We walk you through the process and review strategies for safely increasing training volume for developing athletes.
