Week 25

This week we focus on some high-quality intensity sessions and an opportunity for some fall testing if you prefer. A mid October uphill running test and strength test are great for setting new PR’s and monitoring your summer fitness and strength gains. If you prefer not to test you can replace the uphill run with a L3/L4 5km TT and a Strength testing with a Max Strength session.
