Week 26

This autumn hard week will include moderate training hours and both L3 and L4 intensities. As we get closer to the race season we will sprinkle in more ski specific L4 sessions. This week we recommend Two Up One Down double pole intervals. The pace can be a mix of L3 and L4 but the priority is to simply move fast.
