Week 28

Welcome to week 28 of the training year! Week 30 marks the end of our 'preparation phase'' but there is still lots of important training to be done between now and the bulk of the competition season. 
November is often when we see new members join or see folks who have been participating in other sports transition from running, cycling, etc. to a more structured ski plan. Over the next few weeks we will continue with our normal NTS training plans but we will also include little tips and specific training recommendations for individuals who are just beginning their ski preparations. Scott Lacy shares some advice for returning to snow and we post some specific core and stability exercises us prepare for the demands of snow skiing.
