Week 32

This medium week is designed to help athletes build comfort on skis while returning to snow. Technique is the primary goal with one interval session to rev up the aerobic system. The junior and master plans will focus on skate transition and balance drills plus just one L3/L4 combo session. 

One of our goals when returning to snow is to cut back slightly on intensity to ensure an injury free transition and allow athletes to build a strong technical foundation. Drills, drills, drills:) The elite plan has a slightly different structure that will help skiers prepare for upcoming competitions. We post three new in-season strength plans, each with a different focus. (we will post new masters strength plans next week, this week we recommend the no-gym routine).
