Week 34

Season's greeting from NTS! The holiday season can be a great time to log some extra training hours. This week the master's plan has two training options. One is a BIG volume training block, the other is more conservative volume based training week. If you have flexibility in your schedule go for some big vacation hours this week! The junior plan also focuses on easy distance training and one L3 interval session.  

L1 training is how we build sport-specific efficiency, but only if we are training correct technique. Check out the Tips for Classic Distance Training . Now that we are getting more comfortable on snow our interval recommendation this week focuses on dynamic skate pushes and mid-interval sprints.
