Week 44

This week the juniors take center stage as they begin a Junior Nationals peaking plan. The elite and masters plan build in a little post-race recovery and transition into another training block. (If you did not race over the weekend you can add in 2hrs of easy distance training for the week and 5 more speeds on Wednesday) 
This week we focus on classic skiing technique with our special Pal Goldberg workout and classic technique drills. Check out Kurt Jepson's Part Two of The Science of Double Pole, and the Preloading Classic Kick video.
