Welcome to September! The dog days of summer are behind us which means skiers will transition into more high intensity training. During September our training weeks will often combine one L3 interval session and one L4 interval session. All NTS plans will enter a 3-week training block: Med, Hard, Volume. This is a change from our previous 3 week cycle to a 4 week recovery cycle.

Our L3 recommendation this week includes 10-minute intervals designed to help athletes build sustained sub-threshold on-time.
