Week 21

This week our training plans return to a challenging total volume by adding in two separate over distance workouts on the Elite plan. Our first intensity session of the week will focus on longer L4 intervals to log some quality time building Vo2max. We throw in some bonus core, a threshold L3 with fast finishes on the weekend, and introduce grass skiing. Combine the grass skiing and the bonus core for a great afternoon session for Friday.

NOTES: 

- Feel free to add in Grass Skiing as part of your Friday afternoon session paired with the bonus core

- Notice how the total reps have increase to 18 during the speed day! Only increase your speed reps if you are feeling good and snappy. Once the quality deteriorates stop the workout. 

- Remember to keep the L3 controlled now that we are pairing together a lot more L3 and L4 within a single week.
