Week 22

This week marks a transitional period in our off-season training. After the volume bump last week we now reduce training volume and focus on high-quality sessions designed to build strength and speed. Virtually every session will have a ski specific element, even while on foot. Check out the lateral plyo recommendations and our new video on V1 poling motion. With one L4 interval session this week make sure the easy days are kept at an L1 pace with the exception of a few speeds.
