Week 37

This week each training plan will focus on intervals designed to elicit specific training responses. On the masters side we focus on more marathon-based training sessions including one L3 session and a new fatigue resistance workout! The junior plan recommends more L4 training to build aerobic capacity on skis during a crucial period of development. Why do we do intervals?
