Week 38

This hard week is an important fitness building block to help us prepare for important races to come! If you are racing this week remember that you can always replace recommended intensity sessions with race efforts. The masters plan focuses on steady training with L4 intervals, technique work, and threshold training. The elite and junior plans also focus on building confidence at race pace race with L4B intervals and steady state or time trial intensity. Are you new to skiing but have a big racing goal this year?
