Week 42

This week we reduce total training volume and focus on sharpening and tapering for major events to come. During a tapering phase we want to keep intensity high but reduce total interval on time. Athletes should leave interval sessions feeling good and wanting more. We continue our series on cornering technique with videos from Simon Zink and Andy Newell.
