Week 45

Welcome to March! Ski training this time of year can look different depending on how much racing you are doing. While the NTS masters plan follows the World Master competitions, non-racers can follow the Elite plan this week for a late winter training push. We introduce a simple, new gym routine to help us rebuild lost strength and mobility. Check out our new video on double pole timing and hip positions, plus ideas on overtraining and absorbing fitness. The NTS junior plan follows the US Junior National schedule with a final taper and sharpening week. Good luck racers and coaches!
