Week 1

Welcome to the first week of the NTS  training year! While the spring has not yet sprung in many parts of the world we still transition into a new training year on May 1st. Are you feeling excited to start training and work toward new goals? (if you have not set your training season goals yet make sure to review our goal setting entries from April) 
When it comes to training, most people overestimate what they can accomplish in a day or week and underestimate what they can accomplish in moths to years. Meaning, consistency is key. Not biting off more than you can chew is key to success. Start slow and build.
