Week 2

This week we continue to ease into the training year with light intensity and moderate training volume. Are you ready to dust off the rollerskis? We re-post an older article and video about various types of rollerskis and maintenance to guide you. In May we still emphasize a balanced approach to cross training with cycling and running workouts. Check out this week's injury prevention exercises. If you are ready for some spring base-line testing we recommend an uphill run test, 3k, or treadmill lactate profile test. Protocols are linked!
