This week we reduced training volume to allow for some recovery. We encourage athletes to always evaluate personal fatigue on easy weeks and reduce training volume even more if they need more rest. Check out Evaluating Daily Fatigue and Tools For The Recovery Trade entries. We recommend a technique focused speed session that incorporates no-pole skiing and V1 timing drills. We also outline one of our favorite L3 interval sessions of the summer a 45 sec on 15 sec off x 10 min reps.
