Week 11

This summer volume week will consist of more easy distance training hours and a mix of interval intensities. One of our biggest summer goals is to improve our easy distance skiing technique and efficiency. Check out this week's videos How To Ski Well In L1 and Skate No-Pole Stability And Balance for ways to make the most of these easy distance sessions. During volume weeks we like to keep athletes moving with new rolling speed session. As summer training ramps up remember to prioritize fueling and recognize early signs if REDS.
