Week 45

This week our Juniors are off to JN's! See the junior prep plan below with our last week of tapering and more acclimatization info in the Traveling up to Altitude entry. This week the JN prep plan will focus on short distance skis and peaking interval sessions. 

In the Masters and General NTS plan we focus on fine tuning speed, power, and efficiency. Feel free to replace the Classic Sprint intensity with Betsy and Bob's new interval formal Herringbone Hell featured this week. As always the weekend L3 intensity can be replaced with a race to time trial effort.
