Week 14

This week, we will prioritize volume training and technique work. Dedicate some time during an easy distance session to ski without poles and try out the revised clap drill progression. Progressions are beneficial for skiers of all levels and help reinforce proper mechanics.  Check out our "Classic Rollerski Fundamentals" for examples of basic drills. Additionally, Ned Dowling shares his insights on double pole mechanics and suggests cross-training exercises.
