This week we ramp up intensity by adding some L4 track or bounding intervals. As we near the end of summer we will incorporate higher intensity session more often. Are you feeling the effects of heat or bad air quality in your area? Make sure to keep up with hydration this week to get the most out of your training. Hopefully we have all made some positive technique changes this summer and can begin to transfer these changes into rollerskiing interval sessions.
