Week 18

This week we keep the pedal down and continue to push high training volume. These late summer training weeks can be some of the biggest of the year for some skiers. Remember, if you are showing signs of serious residual fatigue you should always cut back overall training hours for the week. Why do we recommend high volume training in August?
