This week we return to easier training and an important recovery week before we ramp up more fall intensity and volume. We introduce our second phase of max strength training for junior, masters, and Elite. (Junior athletes and coaches please use common sense and caution when determining if max strength is appropriate for you. Our brief guidelines are referenced in the plans).
