Week 24

This week we want to prioritize feeling good for a few quality sessions including a L4 interval session and our go-to fall workout, the L3 pace project. Colder temperatures and high intensity training can lead to sickness this time of year. We post some guidelines to help athletes and coaches navigate illness and training.
