This week we continue to focus on building early season volume and technique training on snow. If you are still not skiing on snow, remember to replace workout recommendations with dryland or indoor training. We outline some of our favorite classic drills to do during your first weeks on snow to help with striding and cycling through techniques. Keeping your skis gliding while in V1 technique is even more important on snow than on rollerskis. Make sure to try our V1 gliding ski drill on snow in the early season.
