Week 10

This week is categorized as a medium week as we add in more focused speed training, L3 intervals, and our first sprint intensity of the year. See July Sprint Intensity for more info on how to execute this session. 

With the start of July comes a new strength phase! This week we start Max Strength phase 1 although most plans have just one strength plan scheduled with the 4th of July holiday. If you are able to get into a gym or do two sessions please feel free. For more info on our max strength phase and if it's appropriate for you check out the Max Strength Overview video.
