Week 15 is one of our biggest aerobic base training weeks of the year! During this volume week we will focus on lots of distance training in order to stress the body in new ways. All plans recommend some power speed work and L3 bounding intervals early in the week before ramping up the volume. See how many kilometers you can ski in a combi-OD, shoot for 50, 80 even 100!
Remember to take fueling seriously during a big week like this. Bring snacks and sports drink to workouts to feed regularly and prioritize re-hydrating between sessions.
