Week 20

After last week's easy week we will now begin another 4 week cycle of training (Medium, Medium/intensity, volume, easy). This medium week really kicks off our first taste of 'Fall style' training with a mix of moderate training hours and higher intensity focus where we will mix L3 and L4 within the same week.
