Week 32

Time to kick off December with a hard week! Hopefully last week folks were able to increase their training load during the Thanksgiving holiday. If you are lucky enough to be on snow this is a great time to work on technique and easy distance skiing. This week we keep the hours moderately high and incorporate some harder interval sessions including a 5k repeat session that builds from L3 into L4. Take as much recovery time as you need between these 5k efforts and focus on controlled L3 before building into L4 / race pace.

This week we start our last velocity phase before we transition to general winter strength. 
































































NOTES: 
- Try to keep the double pole session all L1. Build specific strength but keep it easy
- If making the transition to snow be mindful of your L1 pace and make sure you are not skiing too hard during distance sessions.
