This week we return to some easier workouts to start off the week after a tough double-header race (or TT) weekend. During with winter it can be easy to forget about specific strength so this week our focus on both lower body and upper body on-snow strength development. We do this with a no-pole lower body skate specific strength session and L3 double pole intervals on the weekend. Both are great opportunities to build efficiency and work on technique at the same time. We also start our winter strength routines which can be adjusted to suit the focus of the week. Without any races or TT's planned we prioritize power and general strength.
