Week 41

This week our Bike Prep plan continues with a volume building training block within the masters plan. We incorporate some longer easy distance days and a big steady-state L3 effort. The Junior and Elite plans follow and Medium week with L4B double pole intervals and L3 on the weekend. 

























































NOTES: 
- for those who are not familiar with L4B, this simply means controlled L4. So just a few heart beats above lactate threshold or a 5-10k race pace
