Maintenance Strength - General

During the winter we have three different maintenance strength routines to use; each with a different focus.

General Strength - Use this routine to continue muscle development and to maintain muscle mass. If you are not racing much in the winter use this plan often to help with injury prevention and balancing out the body. This is the best routine to pair with hard interval sessions or when your body is tired (after races or heavy race weekends)

Power Strength - Use this routine during intensity weeks without racing. Or mid week on non-priority race weeks. Designed to be used during the training block phase of our peaking plan.

Velocity Strength - Use this routine in the days leading up to important competitions and during the taper phase of our peaking plan.

Maintenance General - Do after races or on non-race rebuilding weeks
