Week 37

After two weeks of higher volume, this week we focus on technique, slightly reduced hours, and short intervals. Check out our new Skate Transitions video for a fun way to train smooth transitions from V2 to V1. Both the junior and master plans will incorporate one 30 second sprint intensity and two strength sessions to help build and maintain mid winter strength. The elite plan follows the US National competition in Houghton, MI and focuses on recovery and health (see A Healthy Immune System for skiers)
