Week 41

This week our Birkie prep plan takes a step back to allow athletes to absorb the last two weeks of higher volume training. The beginning of the week focuses on easy distance training, strength, and technique before our recommended Birkie Prep L4 session. The elite plan continues a mid-winter training block which will help skiers maintain top fitness through the rest of the season. Having trouble confidently skiing bermed corners on classic skis?
