L3 Steady State

Steady state intervals are continuous efforts with little or no rest. Use the natural terrain to dictate your pace. We recommend controlled low L3 2.5-3.5 mmol of lactic acid. The pace should feel manageable for up to 45-60 minutes. 

20-30 min warm up 
2 x 15-20 min L3 - use mixed terrain
cool down 

remember to feed with sports drink or gels during the session for optimal performance
