As the August days get shorter we will also transition into slightly more L4 training this month. Our primary focus will remain on building L1 volume and threshold intervals but with slightly more speed and L4 sprinkled in. Check out this weeks power-based and technique focused speed session that combines no pole skiing and cornering. We also level-up our sprint intensity session this month with a track-based 60 second interval set with extended recovery.
