Week 24

This October medium week will incorporate short L4 intervals and a longer controlled L3 session. Check out Scott Lacy's Fall Sharpening video and try out a fun sprint intensity ladder session. A powerful skate push is initiated down into the ground and laterally. Use your easy distance sessions this week to try our Up Down Over drill and single stick specific strength. With more high intensity mixed into the weekly program make sure easy distance days are primarily L1 pace.
