Week 41

This week the elite and master plans continue our marathon training block phase. We increase the total number of L1 training hours for the week and recommend a short 30-second interval session. Check out the Birkie Prep Session 2 (see entry for more details) for a unique session to build marathon specific fitness. Use distance days to log easy L1 training and practice technique that will make you more efficient.
