Week 3

This week is technically our first easy week of the year. Easy weeks are important this time of year to ensure we absorb training, but they should still feel like steady training weeks. Getting out the door and settling into a good training rhythm is important. If you haven't dusted off the rollerskis yet you might consider it! We recommend a threshold session this week that is designed to inject some power into our running legs or ski technique.
