Welcome to Thanksgiving volume week! One of our favorite times of year. This week's workout recommendations are great for folks transitioning to snow and for those still cross training. Factory Team members Annika Landis and Simon Zink share some of their favorite early season drills to improve gliding and comfort on skis. Is the double pole crunching motion a thing of the past? We discuss in our new series on neutral spine double pole motions and mechanics. We also post helpful drills to improve classic kick timing, perfect early season drills to do on snow or test them out on rollerskis to improve your balance. (if you are not skiing on snow replace the L3 skate intervals with bounding, ski walking, or hiking with poles.)
