This week we focus on technique and fitness building for the season. Remember that almost all on-snow skiing sessions can incorporate some no-pole skiing and drill work. Try out our new V2 Balance video for a no-pole progression designed to improve stability and body position. Still getting used to kicking skis on snow? Check out our basic classic kicking drills to improve kick timing. This week we recommend L4 intervals in the junior and elite plans and reverse natural intervals of the masters group.
