Welcome to week 49 of the training year! Spring is always one of our favorite times of year for skiers. The feeling of new beginnings and new training goals begin to take shape. Check out this week's season review entries for ways to productively evaluate your ski season. The best athletes in the world train like professionals but they also recover like pros. NTS training recommendations in April will reflect a conservative approach to cross-training and proactive recovery methods. We'll post more information about recovery and spring time-off in the weeks to come. If you are still skiing on snow please take advantage of late season grooming and get some k's in!
