  1. Two foot jump rope - 60 sec 
  2. single foot jump rope - 60 sec
  3. Banded runners - 15 each side (light) 
  4. Single leg adduction - 15 each side (light) 
  5. Swiss ball ham curls - 15-20
  6. Depth single leg calf raises - 15 each leg 
  7. Bridging banded runners - 10 each leg 
  8. single leg box squats - 10 each leg
