Week 10

This is our first intensity week of the summer. While we continue to focus on aerobic base training this time of year, we still implement weeks with more high intensity from time to time. In the Junior and Elite plans, we recommend track intervals and some short L4 intervals. We also want to add more dynamic speed training and drills during and intensity week.
