This week we reduce training volume to ensure athletes are absorbing summer training. For more information on overreaching and over training check out this week's Race Ready Podcast. Mid -summer easy weeks will have less training hours but we still recommend a few high-quality sessions. Check out our agility speed session video, and Simon Zink's no pole skating tips. By the end of the week you should be feeling fresh enough for a short hard session. We recommend a short L4 bounding session or an uphill run test for our elite skiers. This will be our last week of Max Stability Strength, and we will start a new power based strength plan next week!
