Keeping in touch with high intensity during the summer months will help skiers improve their aerobic capacity over time. While we don't need to do a lot of maximal efforts on skis this time of year, the occasional time trial is a great way to practice technique improvements under fatigue and log productive and sustained L4+ training. During this medium/intensity week, we recommend a rollerski TT or L4 intervals.
