Week 16

This week we reduce total training volume to absorb the last few weeks. Summer recovery weeks will still incorporate some moderate distance training, technique work, and speed endurance intervals. Check out our updated August speed endurance session. We post some raw footage from the same BSF session this week. Channel some technique improvements during distance session by reviewing Blink Festival races, plus we outline proper body position for single stick training in our specific strength session this week.
